Surprisingly this did not take that long. Maybe spent 24 hrs in total.

I feel like I kind of cheated the modelling. Used C4D primitives, deformers, symetry with veroni fracture, smoother and a whole bunch of spline wraps.

Gonna start learning zBrush soon.
